Creative, Engaging, Fun! Highlight the creative energies of your team, see directing (leadership) skills in action, discover hidden creative talents and end-up with your own movies in the theme of your choice and, for one team, the Oscars for 'Best Picture'.

Team Movie Making can take on various formats depending on what you, the ‘Producer’, want out of it. Themes and formats can range from almost totally serious to completely for fun. Whatever format you choose, you know that your team will be totally absorbed and everyone will have a part to play in producing a high definition ‘creation’ that you can then use straight away. The task will not only be rewarding from a team perspective but, almost as importantly, also a lot of fun.

How this event works

Your team will be divided into teams to take on the challenge of planning, directing and shooting a short movie, company advert, or news report (your choice). A popular choice, and one which has also been used in future staff training by our clients, has been 'A Day In The Life of Your Business'. The brief provided to the team will be challenging and will highlight the utmost importance of “teamwork” to deliver their finished video in the required timeframe.

The staff will be using all their teamwork skills:

• trust and so on
