A very well managed event, especially given the numbers we had participating. It’s a great feeling being able to give something back to the community and a deserving family. Well done Team Elevate, I would definitely recommended this activity to others.

As an organisation, a lot of us have been working together for a number of years now and think we know one another really well. However, you should not take this for granted – I believe you all need to do the necessary “team building” exercise every now and then to re-focus again. Thanks Team Elevate!

Before we started this or upon organising this – the participants who had not done it the first time were quite nervous going into it but doing it and watching the powerpoint at the end, they all had a blast and would do it again! It just went to show how competitive our owners can get.

I have never had such an overwhelmingly positive response to a team building event. All the feedback I have received from the team has been positive, and several colleagues have rated it the best team building event they have experienced. The bonds between the different teams in my work unit have clearly strengthened as a result.

With the threat of having to listen to another 3 hour lecture on systems and processes at our yearly staff conference I was desperate to find something that would get us out of the conference room. It would need to be something I could sell to the rest of the executive team as team building but really just an excuse to have some fun.
