KIDNEY patient Lisa Martin is over the moon with her new set of wheels.
She's been donated a bike from the charity Kidney Kids on behalf of Telecom who built it in a company team building exercise.
The seven-year-old has a polycystic kidney which is covered in cysts as well as a urinary reflux problem. But all she can focus on right now is her new bicycle.

Team Building Activities for 2010
The economic events of 2008/2009 saw many teams with vast changes - layoffs, redundancies and restructuring have left some teams devoid of cohesion and spirit.
In an artcile titled "The Importance of Team Buidling", the author states:
"Team building can build communication between team workers. This in turn makes people talk to each other about things unrelated to office work. People get to know each other and foster relationships. This goes a long way at enhancing the morale of the team and making the work place harmonious." Read More
